The book presents the results of the study of physicochemical laws of formation of crystals of solid phases of stoichiometric composition. A method has been developed to determine the optimal compositions of crystallizable solutions and melts, as well as optimal conditions for growing single crystals. The method is based on the analysis of phase diagrams of solubility and melting of double and triple systems.
