"Song of Triumphant Love!" - one of the later stories of Ivan Sergeyevich Turgenev, telling about friendship, love and weakness of a person subject to the game of unknown forces and passions, bringing him closer to the edge of nothingness. This story (along with some others) Ivan Sergeyevich Turgenev wrote during his hobby for Schopenhauer philosophy. The theme of love in them is in contact with the question of the role of the mysterious and irrational element in a person's life. But unlike the pessimistic conclusions of the German philosopher, Turgenev claims: "love is stronger than death," and only love allows a person to join eternity.
