The monograph on the example of Western Siberia examines the patterns of changes in the properties of oil and gas reservoirs, their productivity and penetration efficiency under the influence of processes that occurred in lithogenesis and are now occurring during drilling and perforation. It reflects the peculiarities of the technology of opening, intensification and stimulation of fluid inflows and their relationship with the processes and mechanisms of technogenic changes in the reservoirs. The role of dilatant decompression and the possibility of regulating changes in reservoir properties under technogenic impacts in various geological conditions are justified.
