Monograph by S.S. Grigortsevich "Far Eastern policy of the imperialist powers in 1906-1917" is, in fact, a kind of chronological continuation of the work begun by A.L. Narochnitsky. Nevertheless, the author touches upon the foreign economic policy of Russia in the Amur Governor General, i.e. the attitude of the Russian administration to the activities of foreigners in the territory of the region, the investment and customs policy of the Russian authorities.
