The book includes both the most famous fables of I. A. Krylov, which children teach at school, and less famous ones. But, having read them, the reader will rediscover them for himself and, having met the lines that have firmly entered our lives and have become aphorisms, will once again rethink them, will be convinced of their depth and accuracy. The book was illustrated by the famous French artist François Rouillet.
