General histology studies the basic, fundamental properties of the most important groups of tissues, being, in fact, the biology of tissues. Private human histology studies the features of the structural and functional organization and interaction of tissues in specific organs, closely connecting with microscopic anatomy, the subject of which is the study of the microscopic structure of organs. Thus, the main object of study of general and private histology of a person is his tissues. At the same time, it should be noted that the allocation of sections of general and private histology in the subject, although convenient for its study, is still very conditional: in the section of general histology, objects with an organ structure are traditionally studied - tendons, ligaments, cartilage, bones, joints, skeletal muscles. Moreover, the analysis of general tissue organization issues is based on a generalization of information about private tissue systems and is illustrated by examples of the activity of cells and tissues of specific organs.
