Earth and other planets, turning around the Sun, move with it around the center of the Galaxy - a star system containing 200 billion stars. One of these stars is our Sun. With the naked eye, we see about 6,000 bright stars, of which the closest is three hundred thousand times more from us than the Sun. Do other stars possess planets? Is there life there? Are humans alone in the universe or are intelligent beings also living on distant worlds?
