Over time, and especially since the late eighties, when new guns of reduced calibers began to be introduced everywhere, and ending with the last time - the rearmament of artillery with rapid-fire guns, the need to give troops more modern instructions on the influence of these technical improvements on tactical forms of the system and on their use in battle. The first was achieved by revising all our combat charters in recent years, while the second was expressed in the fact that these charters continued to place entire departments on the use of troops in battle. This direction of affairs had the disadvantageous value that, increasing the volume of combat charters, at the same time did not eliminate the earlier scattering of information regarding such a general phenomenon for all troops as battle.
