The tutorial contains principles for constructing optical systems for laser processing of materials based on laser beam optics. Basic types of optical elements and systems for forming a laser beam in the field of processing and amplitude-phase transformations of the intensity profile of laser beams for use in industrial, micro- and nanotechnology are considered. The manual is intended for undergraduate and graduate students in the areas of 12.03.05 and 12.04.05 training.
