Behind every historical fact, significant in duration and depth, which entailed grandiose changes, there are always the most perfect political mechanisms at that time. The destruction or, to be quite precise, the defeat of the Soviet Union was no exception. The volume of the book does not allow revealing such a mechanism in all details, so the author limited himself to outlining who and how the methods of managing this tragic process, which was primarily of Soviet and American origin, were developed.
