The purpose of the brochure is to tell a wide circle of readers about thrombophlebitis, the causes of its occurrence, impaired blood circulation during thrombosis, the treatment of superficial and deeply acute thrombophlebitis, the prevention of this disease, and the conditions predisposing to its occurrence. Particular attention is paid to modern therapy with fibrinolytic drugs.
