Oleg Sergeevich Smyslov was born in 1968 in the Moscow region. He graduated in 1989 from the Higher Military Aviation School of Navigators, and in 1998 from the Air Force Academy. He served in fighter aviation regiments, then served in the headquarters of the air defense corps and the army of the Air Force and Air Defense. Until 2009, he served at the command post of the operational-strategic association of the Air Force. Member of the Union of Writers of Russia since 2004.
