The book combines three works of A.S. Zalmanov: "Secrets and Wisdom of the Body" (1958), "Miracle of Life" (1960) and "Thousands of Ways to Recovery" (1965). (Of these, only the first book of the author was published in our country (entitled "The Secret Wisdom of the Human Body," 1966)). In these works, the author outlined the results of his many years of experience in the treatment of numerous chronic diseases, the theoretical basis of which was the idea of ​ ​ the most important role of the capillary system in the development of pathological conditions and in recovery.
