The third volume completes the publication of the first complete translation of the History of the Romans into Russian. It included books 24-36. Book 24 is devoted mainly to hesychast disputes and the participation of Nicephorus himself in them. Books 25-27 tell of events before 1352, 28-29 - about the time of Nicephorus' imprisonment before 1354. Books 30-35 include two extensive theological treatises, 36-37 tell about the events of 1355-1358.
