The monograph systematizes current materials on the topic of the publication. The focus is on the USA, Ukraine, Russia and Belarus. Documents are presented and methods of conducting the US information war are described, within the framework of the "Harvard project," on the decomposition of the peoples of the USSR, the result of which is the collapse of their union, the organization of the so-called "Rose Revolutions," "Orange Revolution," etc. The hostile attitude towards Russia of the "independent" bought by the transnational capital of the Ukrainian "orange" false patriots was considered. Concrete examples show the "technology" of the decomposition of the people. Attention is paid to the myths of Harvard guardians of Slavic peoples about "mov" and "Holodomor" as an instrument for manipulating consciousness.
