The collection publishes materials on the archeology of the Lower Don of the Khazar Kaganate era. The book includes about twenty publications. The results of archaeological research on various monuments of the Khazar time are presented - ancient settlement, settlements, mound and soil necropolises, ritual complexes - as well as the results of osteological studies of materials from a number of settlements. The publication is designed for archaeologists and historians - specialists in the early Middle Ages of Eastern Europe.
