The book contains an exhaustive classification of the types of declension of names (nouns, adjectives, participles, numerals, pronouns) in modern Russian literary language and the rules for the formation of all word forms of any inclined Russian word. The description of the Russian nominal inflection system contained in the monograph is of great importance, on the one hand, for such practical tasks as teaching the Russian language and developing an automatic synthesis of the Russian text, on the other hand, for the general theory of inflection and for typological study of Slavic languages.
