Materials of eight sections of internal diseases are presented: cardiology, pulmonology, gastroenterology, nephrology, rheumatology, systemic vasculitis, endocrinology and hematology - each of which describes the epidemiology, etiology, pathogenesis, clinic, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of diseases. Priority is given to coronary heart disease, arterial hypertension and diabetes mellitus, taking into account their leading role in the clinic of internal diseases.
