The basic concepts of transport, transport systems, the relationship between the development of transport systems and the change in economic relations are disclosed, as well as an analysis of world trends in the development of various types of transport. Of particular interest are the proposed modern methods for designing and implementing technological processes for the interaction of various transport systems, integrated use, system and coordinated control of the transport process, solving issues of interaction in transport nodes, as well as interaction of transport systems with industries of the market economy.
