The monograph is devoted to the problem of the uniqueness of the basis in a topological vector space. Various equivalence relations between the bases of Köthe spaces are studied, spaces with the correct basis are studied in detail, questions of uniqueness and continuability of the general basis of two or more spaces are considered.
