Characteristic representatives of vertebrates living in the Mesozoic seas were all kinds of lizards of a peculiar species, various sizes and with a special lifestyle inherent only to them. With the disappearance of the Mesozoic seas, these lizards also disappeared forever, leaving no descendants. The fact that lizards in these seas really once lived is evidenced by the remarkable finds of their fossilized skeletons. Our book is dedicated to these extinct lizards.
