Typical technologies for manufacturing various machine parts and assembling joints are considered. The main attention is paid to technological quality assurance of machine parts during their manufacture and restoration. A scientific approach to improving existing and creating new technological methods for processing machine parts and high-tech technologies in mechanical engineering is presented. For the first time, a chapter on electronic and nanotechnology in mechanical engineering is given.
