"Splinter" is a weekly magazine of artistic satire. Published in St. Petersburg in 1906. 14 issues were published. Publisher S.D. Novikov, editor R.L. Antropov. For printing in No. 6 the drawing "Panorama of the Russo-Japanese War," the number was confiscated in the printing house and destroyed by court order. No. 6, therefore, saw no light. No. 11 was also confiscated by the police (in November 1906) before its release.
