The textbook is intended for agricultural technical schools specializing in beekeeping. It focuses on the peculiarities of keeping bees in hives of different systems, preparing bee colonies for honey collection and the use of bribes, breeding queens, breeding bee colonies, breeding, transporting bees and package beekeeping, as well as wintering bee colonies. The theoretical material of the main chapters is combined with laboratory practical exercises.
