Unique opportunities for influencing structural materials of high-energy electron and ion beams, low-temperature gas-discharge plasma and precisely dosed molecular fluxes are shown. Domestic and world experience in creating equipment for the production of electronic equipment products is summarized and the principles for building automatic control systems are outlined.
