The passages collected in a systematic form cover the main problems of philosophy, logic and theory of knowledge, physics, biology, history, ethics, as well as pseudo-Democritus literature. The "comments" provide explanations of the writings of Democritus and a general description of the current state of study of the most important aspects of Democritus philosophy.
