The monograph contains collected and systematized published in the open press works of specialists related to the design, construction and operation of domestic ALLA of the third and fourth generations. It describes all projects, including unrealized ones, tells about the history of their creation, technical features and upgrades. Diagrams of the appearance and longitudinal sections of projects and each of their modifications are presented. Data on tactical and serial numbers, as well as the names of the ships are given, their fate is briefly described. In addition, a brief assessment of the tactical properties of second and third generation ALLs is given, the most characteristic accidents and disasters are described.
