A doctor, especially an anesthesiologist-resuscitator, should know and understand the causal relationship, at least, of pathophysiology, biochemistry, pharmacology, with all pathology in which it is necessary to conduct general anesthesia. The guideline provides some practical data on the development of adaptive anesthesia options in patients.
