The book discusses physical processes in semiconductor devices and integrated circuit elements, their main properties, characteristics and parameters, structural and technological features of integrated semiconductor devices and general principles of microelectronics. In the 4th edition (3rd - 1981), material related to diodes, thyristors and other devices was revised.
