The desire to diversify your diet, your cuisine prompted the staff of the Our Home boarding house to prepare another book, which contains many different vegetarian recipes for every taste and every opportunity. For example, how to preserve fruits without sugar, or what to cook from those vegetables that are increasingly appearing in markets and supermarkets, but we know little. We tried to make this book acceptable to everyone.
