This publication is designed to help teachers establish a well-thought-out systematic activity of children, which is aimed at mastering a wide range of topics related to the defense and blockade of Leningrad. The collection contains materials summarizing the experience of the St. Petersburg school and museums of the city on blockade topics, guidelines and the development of lessons, classes, excursions, educational travels, competitions, exhibitions. A bibliography of children's books on the blockade and a list of films on the subject are provided.
