The collection of selected works by M. M. Bakhtin includes works written in different years: the earliest dates back to 1919, the latest to the early 1970s. The main themes of the works are art and responsibility, the author and hero in aesthetic activity and a work of art, time and space in literature, the problem of the text, issues of the methodology of the humanities, etc. Most of the works are published for the first time.
