The Book of the Inner Predictor of the USSR is devoted to the consideration of the history of the construction of the biblical usurious concept, expressed in the Old Testament, to the rank of "holy scripture" in Russia. For this, the history of translating the Old Testament and giving it the status of a holy book is considered. Some stages of evolution of the concept of enslavement of mankind on behalf of God on the basis of monopoly on usurious activity and stages of its introduction into society are considered. In addition, the book expresses possible alternatives to this concept.
