The purpose of this publication is to acquaint scientists and specialists with the requirements of the Higher Attestation Commission for the compositional construction and design of a dissertation and abstract. In preparing the recommendations, materials and resolutions of the Higher Attestation Commission, "Regulation on the Procedure for Awarding Academic Degrees and Conferring Academic Titles," materials published in the "Collection of Regulations and Documents on Certification of Scientific and Scientific-Pedagogical Personnel" and "Bulletin of the Higher Attestation Commission," as well as a number of teaching aids to help the applicant.
