The focus of the authors is the analysis of the views of leading thinkers and the positions of the most influential trends and schools of political and legal thought of the era of early bourgeois revolutions in Western Europe and America. Russian political and legal thought, the views of prominent representatives of the peoples of Russia at that time, the problems of continuity and struggle of ideas, the relationship of history and temporality are also studied.
