"Proceedings of the Department of Old Russian Literature" is the main printed organ of the Department. This annual serial publication was conceived immediately after the creation of the Department, in 1934 its 1st volume was published. On the pages of TODRL, articles are published on a wide variety of issues of Russian studies, both source studies and general theoretical nature. Here, newly found monuments of writing, reviews and descriptions of various manuscript collections are published, textual studies, works on the poetics of Old Russian literature, bibliographic reviews, etc. are published.
