The main issues of design and manufacture of wooden model sets are described; modern designs of equipment for manual and mechanical processing of wood, as well as advanced techniques for the manufacture of model billets; attention was paid to the division and specialization of labor, as well as the normalization of model blanks, which are the basis for increasing productivity and improving the quality of model kits;
