The reference book describes the principles of Russian spelling and punctuation and sets out the rules of modern spelling and punctuation. Particular attention is paid to cases that cause difficulties for print workers. When formulating rules and recommendations, modern printing practice and spelling trends observed in it are taken into account. A spelling dictionary of complex adjectives is given, the spelling of which is difficult.
