A course of geopolitics is proposed, taking into account the latest achievements of domestic and foreign political science, which is based on the idea that the modern world is moving away from the usual and known parameters of the world order (bipolar world or the traditional "concert of powers" organized on a balance of power system) and moving towards a new polycentricity. The unprecedented complication of relations between countries and peoples, the interweaving of national and supranational principles, the steady globalization of world processes pose many urgent questions. The training course attempts to systematically analyze these trends and processes using elements of a synergistic approach, which together create the basis for the formation of a new polycentric world order.
