This work is a continuation of the author's book, published in 1947 under the title "Factory and Labor Legislation in Russia" and covering only the second half of the 19th century. Unlike the first book, this book is devoted to the legislation on factory labor in Russia of the era of imperialism, that is, the period from the beginning of the 20th century to October 1917.
