Near Future. After the collapse of the Russian financial system and ten years of poverty, order reigned in the country. But now the death penalty is imposed for a number of crimes, and deputies have the right to do business. The plot revolves around a young man, Dominic Gorsky, who wants every person to be free to develop in society, believing that this is hindered by the corrupt and criminal government of the city. Through murders and sabotage, the main character decides to start a riot against the current system, and hold fair elections to the governors of the region. Presenting all this as a cruel but interesting game, the hero only realizes by the end what he got into and what he did.
