The tutorial briefly describes the theoretical issues of the Informatics course, including the basic definitions and basic technologies for encoding information and programming. The most important provisions for programming in the high-level C++ language are highlighted. A large number of training tasks are presented for each topic, reference material is included. The manual was prepared at the Department of Integrated Computer Control Systems, corresponds to the discipline program and is intended for IDO students studying in the direction 220700 "Automation of technological processes and industries."
