Methodology and mechanisms for managing the marketing interaction of industrial enterprises in integrated production structures at the regional level were considered, including methods and opportunities for increasing the efficiency of integration processes of industrial enterprises. The current problems arising in the process of integration of production systems are considered in detail. Possible methods for solving these problems are given. Particular attention is paid to the use of project approach methods to improve the efficiency of integration processes in the region. The author's methodology based on the use of the project method is proposed - "The mechanism for making a decision on opening a project to meet the needs of the region at the expense of its own resources."
