V.N. Muravyov (1885-1930 [?]). Continuation of the teachings of the Common Cause N.F. Fedorov. He managed to publish with his own money in 1924 his main philosophical work "Mastery of Time...," in which he thought of mastering time as the creation of a global Culture, uniting all living beings into one reasonable will and thereby subjugating, mastering the blind entropic forces of causality, first at the level of the Earth, and then in Space.
