The guide is devoted to one of the most pressing problems of military field and maxillofacial surgery in peacetime and wartime - the treatment of facial injuries. The basics of the doctrine of gunshot wounds, a system of early specialized treatment of patients with facial injuries, which can significantly reduce the number of complications arising from the treatment of this pathology, as well as accelerate social and medical rehabilitation, are presented. In practical terms, unparalleled methods of primary rehabilitation surgical interventions are especially interesting.
