Investigating the murder of the manager of the Lausanne agency, criminal investigation officer Anastasia Kamenskaya discovers a strange chain of hasty deaths of creative and scientific workers. She has to face a mysterious "office" that has its own people in all law enforcement agencies. At the initiative of the "office," Kamenskaya is removed from work and an official investigation is carried out into the circumstances of her cooperation with major mafioso Eduard Denisov.
