The book is dedicated to an important management problem - the choice of solutions in unique non-repetitive situations. In such cases, the decision maker is greatly assisted by consultants with knowledge of modern methods for analyzing and evaluating alternative solutions. Known decision-making methods are critically considered, a new approach to their construction developed by the author is outlined, as well as methods based on this approach.
