Theory of calculation and design of welded structures of oil and gas profile is presented. All types of calculations of welded structures are shown - for strength, stiffness, endurance, stability, resistance to destruction, etc. The issues of stress concentration in welded joints, the formation of welding stresses and deformations after welding, crack resistance and resistance to the propagation of extended destruction in pipelines are considered.
