"Weaving distant female voices. Like a distant echo, like faint echoes. An obscure hum, as in a crowded hall of a railway station. Or, say, in the bathhouse. Female distant intertwining, but quite obvious, quite legible voices. "He undresses me..." Begging: "Don't dim the lights..." With dying frenzy: "More!.. More!.." And completely yielding: "Do as you like, honey..." All those voices blended and mingled. A breathless, confused gone world, breathless, confused choirs..."
