The proposed monograph systematizes the results of research and the use of superconducting and cooled resonance systems in radiophysics, electronics, and radio measuring equipment. Measurement of their parameters, as well as the use of superconducting and cooled resonators to stabilize the frequency of microwave generators, methods and technological techniques for their manufacture are considered in detail.
